Bio:

Ms. Theresa Rhea is a longtime CSPL member and leader, and founder of Our Lady of Africa Parish’s social justice team. She is now the co-chair of the CSPL Regional Table.

Ms. Theresa was a school principal for many years, and loves to travel.
