Cindy Hernandez reports on the first annual memorial mass for Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez, a Chicago man and father of two, killed by ICE during a traffic stop on September 12, 2026. The mass took place in Franklin Park, at the site of Silverio’s murder. CSPL Member institution Our Lady of Mount Carmel participated in the service.
